Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we have established the following refund policy:
- Services Rendered: Refunds are not provided for services already completed. If you are dissatisfied, please inform your therapist during the session so adjustments can be made.
- Prepaid Services:
- Packages: Unused sessions in a package may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus any discounts applied.
- Deposits: Deposits for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be refunded or applied to future bookings.
- Gift Vouchers: All gift voucher sales are final and non-refundable.
