At Barangaroo Therapeutic Massage, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
- No-Shows: Failing to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your session to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full-service fee will still apply.
